We perform hundreds of shows each year, and nearly all of those shows start their journey to reality right here, via this online form.

1) The NAME of the event

2) The DATE(S) - or an approximate if unknown. Please include any possible RAIN DATE(S) also.

3) The TIME(S) you would like us to perform

4) The LOCATION of your event, and if the event is being held INDOORS or OUTDOORS*.

*BAD WEATHER & ELECTRICITY - If your event is outdoors and dependent on good weather, please tell us if an alternative indoor venue is booked, or what your bad weather cancellation plan is. Also, we require electricity to put on our shows. We can provide a generator to power our shows at minimal cost. Please let us know if we need to factor this in.
